Inovest B.S.C., together with its subsidiaries, engages in the asset management, private equity and venture capital specializing in growth capital, and real estate investment businesses in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The firm operates in a Shariah-compliant manner. It invests in direct investments and securities; establishes, invests in, and manages various investment funds; and undertakes contracting activities. The company also develops, maintains, leases, and manages commercial and industrial centers, residential buildings, and other properties; purchases and sells properties; and constructs and maintains villas, as well as offers project management and related advisory services. In addition, it deals in financial instruments in the local, regional, and international markets; offers financial services and investment consultation services; provides information and studies related to various types of investments; and imports, exports, and sells electronic and electrical equipment and appliances. The company was incorporated in 2002 and is based in Manama, the Kingdom of Bahrain.
