Azrieli Group Ltd operates in the real estate industry primarily in Israel and the United States. The company operates through six segments: Retail Centers and Malls in Israel, Office and Other Space for Lease in Israel, Income-Producing Properties in the U.S., Senior Housing, Data Centers, and Rental housing in Israel. It develops, acquires, leases out, manages, and maintains malls and retails centers, and rental housing; and office buildings and parks for offices and high-tech industry, as well as logistic areas and storage. The company also owns leasable office properties; and develops and operates senior homes, as well as operates in the data center and hotel industries. In addition, it engages in the e-commerce and hospitality operation; and invests in banking and investment funds. The company was incorporated in 1983 and is based in Tel Aviv, Israel. Azrieli Group Ltd is a subsidiary of Nadav Investments Inc.
