E.SUN Financial Holding Company, Ltd., together with its subsidiaries, provides various financial banking products and services in Taiwan. It operates through Corporate Banking Unit; Individual Banking Unit; Overseas Branches and Subsidiaries; and Others segments. The company offers deposits; bills/checks discounting; syndicated loans; domestic remittances; commercial acceptances; domestic letters of credit and guarantees; custodian services and warehousing; rental of safe deposit boxes; and credit card services. It also and import and export negotiations, general inward and outward remittance; loans, foreign currency deposits, and guarantees; exchange of foreign cash and travelers checks; engages in the investment in securities, short-term bills broking, dealing, trading of financial derivatives, funds, insurance, and trust operations; issuance of debentures; collection and payment of various bills; underwriting securities; agent for services of the National Treasury Administration; and providing fiscal advisory services, dealing of corporate bonds and debentures. In addition, the company trades local and foreign securities; domestic futures and options; credit transactions and lending services for multiple commodities; underwriting and distribution services for the market of securities; handling or assisting in the registration of company stocks for initial public offerings; initial listings on the Taipei Exchange (TPEX), Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE), over-the-counter trading, corporate fundraising, mergers and acquisitions(M&A); financial advisory services, such as planning and consulting; and proprietary trading. Further, it invests in domestic and foreign non-TWSE/TPEX listed companies; provides management and industry consulting; assistance in fund solicitation, M&A, and strategic cooperation; and guide companies to engage in transformation and restructuring. The company was incorporated in 1992 and is based in Taipei City, Taiwan.
