I have been waiting for the whole week for any competent bashers to point out the death cross we dealt with this week, they sucked apparently.
Just like CupNHandle did not pan out, this looks also baked in. Check the $TTD chart as an example - A few months ago, it had to deal with the cross too and ended up >5% after a week.
Meanwhile there is a hat trick for $Roku in play also. May the 4th(Q) be with you the longs. GLTM and enjoy the weekend.

Sams, .....Companies will cut advertising when they don't have any product to sell. The Supply Chain disaster that Dementia Joe has created is worse than people think... I've been talking to a lot of big retailers the last few days.... Went to a major grocery chain also.... they are out of everything!! Hard goods the same. cars, motors, boats, Massive chip shortage that effects more products than you think.... I believe it will effect TTD also... companies will slash ad budgets if they can't get product.... Of course, we have boy Mayor Pete, Bidens selection for transportation Secretary on the job! OOPS! Nope, he's been on paternity leave!!...LMAO... can't make this stuff up... Seems he and his husband had a baby, so all these tankers and container ships will have to sit in the harbor, I guess.... GL with TTD.... I sold some at $82.55 and sold some calls to hedge the rest of my long position......

And little William and mexigro said it was a stupid post!! The SNAP CEO said exactly the same thing..... eat some crow you illiterate rubes!

I'm Kabuled. It is one of the worst days for America and you do not need to read WSJ to learn that - it is ‘Saigon on Steroids’: The Desperate Rush to Flee Afghanistan. It is unseemly to watch. This event emboldens America's enemies and erodes the confidence of its allies. America and the whole world is less safe today than yesterday.
I invested about 500k into $TTD and $Roku less than 2 years ago hoping 1 of them would hit a home run, boy I was wrong- both excelled beyond my expectations (more than tripled for the period). I never considered trimming until last week and put in some stop-loss orders. I technically took out all my principals this morning and will let the majority of the rest shares ride for the next 5 years.

While the USA is still strong there is no doubt that we unfortunately have weak bureaucratic amateurs in charge of the federal government, we'll all pay for it - my punishment is less share #s than I planned, I guess I will take my share of humiliation as an American. With MSM's help, you can pretend our southern border crisis is non-existent, the higher inflation is transitory and arguing high crimes are just "gun" violence however there is no hiding the utter failure of Afghanistan collapse in front of the world's eyes - and the worst is we still do not know how bad it'll end.  Also headwind $3.5 T spending bill is another shoe to drop, in the next few months the closer the final bill to that #, the worse for the overall market.
In a nutshell, I'm still super bullish on $Roku, $TTD and other picks individually, my holds are long term, but my confidence in the foreseeable big economical background is on a shaky ground.

This is dead investment due to low growth rate and low margins when compared to $TTD, $PUBM, $MGNI. Unless they improve revenue growth rate and margins, the stock price is not doing to improve. Till now Illumin is just hype. It is not doing anything to improve growth rate and margins. I am long since $6 per share. Will wait till next quarter results.

Interesting new article today on TTD and it also mentions ACUIF (AcuityAds). Given both are buy-side dsp and ACUIF now has illumin and will also be moving to the NASDAQ it seems that the article is really talking about both stocks. Unlike TTD, ACUIF is still a small cap with lots of room to multiply this year, probably by summer. Anyone who loves TTD should also check out ACUIF if you have not done so already, it's getting ready to fly again. GLTA to all #TTD #ACUIF

To those people who are worried about Google's Cookies Policy, you really don't have to worry, as a owner of a web development/design company, all websites can contain cookies, in which can still be fetched by $AT $MGNI $TTD they still can still work with companies like hotmail, facebook, and other social media website/apps to fetch the necessary information needed to give users relative ads. Yes this maybe a little bit of a set back but in reality these companies are more likely already in contact with these other websites/apps.

Once the tech sector is back up and everything stabilizes you will notice this stock will definitely go up as well. Everyone is just in panic mode, especially due to covid. If you are a long term investor, you will definitely see a nice return months down the road. Best thing you can do for yourself is don't keep watching this stock all day or you will continue to worry.

Anyone saw the interview Laura Martin did with Charles Payne yesterday? She said ad names (their revenues directly correlated with GDP) are actually good places to hide when inflation goes up and also touched a lot names she likes $MGNI (1'20" and 2' marks -reiterated buy), $TTD and others. She particularly called $ROKU (2'50" mark) a good buy and a less volatile stock going forward

$TTD head of strategic partnerships comments about MGNI

"As connected TV becomes a more significant part of advertisers’ media plans, we applaud Magnite for instituting Unified Decisioning that unlocks more premium video inventory and deeper insights into available supply," said Jon Tabak, General Manager, Strategic Partnerships, The Trade Desk. "The industry continues to grow together to make the TV marketplace more transparent and efficient for buyers and sellers amidst the generational shift of consumers from linear TV to CTV."

Programmatic Advertising. $TTD is the leader, but platforms like illumin from AccuityAds $ATY are on their way to not only make the most efficient use of advertising dollars, but shrink the difference between the marketers and the tech folks (illumin's drag-and-drop interface)

GAAP Net Income: $22.6M (-6.22% YoY)
    Basic EPS: $0.48 (-9.43% YoY)
    MARKET CAP: $23.27B

Perion is by a longshot the strongest buy opportunity at its current valuation compared to fundamentals and growth momentum. Magnite is looking good at these prices, but their SpotX guidance isn't that great. Fluent is a pass imo. TTD I'm not familiar with enough to comment.
