It also offers services, including cut-to-length and slitting services. The company was formerly known as Aços Laminados Panatlântica S.A. and changed its name to Panatlântica S.A. in April 1987. Panatlântica S.A. was founded in 1952 and is headquartered in Gravataí, Brazil. Panatlântica S.A. is a subsidiary of L. P. AÇOS PARTICIPAÇÕES LTDA.
