In addition, the company offers commercial operational services, which includes pre-opening and operation management services; commercial subleasing services comprising leasing of shopping malls from their owners and sublease to tenants, such as retail stores and supermarkets; and tenant sourcing, asset management and operational services, opening preparation, and other services. It serves property developers, property owners, property owners' associations, and residents. The company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, the People's Republic of China. China Resources Mixc Lifestyle Services Limited is a subsidiary of China Resources Land Limited.
